Ground upgrades, lawsuits, Gvg's new luxury tent, the bills keep rolling in.

Well we can't have him climbing up on the roof, people are a bit edgy about that sort of thing at the moment.

Is anyone getting a 'Bulldoze the Debt' type vibe about the club at the moment?
I'm happy enough to contribute but would like to get a better indication of the challenges the club has in front of it.

I just wonder if the legal payouts that we will have to deal with somewhere down the track are causing us some angst

Other than the $20 upgrade on the legends night what makes you think that?

I've got no problems with the $20 upgrade option for the Legends night as I can't see anyone thinking they've been ripped off by it.
I'd have gladly coughed up $20 for the tour I did.
My thoughts are around that we've gone over the budget for the upgrade and the club is looking to the members and sponsors to see what they might be able to chip in.
Kylies comments below probably sowed the seed.
We are laying the foundations for this Club to realise its potential for generations to come. We’re not finished yet, and we will be calling on our members and fans to help us close the funding gap during a dedicated Giving Day in two weeks’ time.
I'm okay with making a contribution if needed. The devil is in the detail.

Thanks, I had not read her comments. Fairly clear they will be asking for donations.
Giving Day sounds like Human Fund from Seinfeld.
