At this stage, highly unlikely. I've to a wedding in Sydney the prelim weekend that I must go to (private island, escorted by private boats!), and besides that I'm pretty flat out with work and study (working in tax and doing my final 3 subjects of law) so unfortunately not looking like I'll be making it to Melbourne for any finals...

At least they'll all be live on TV down here though.

That's what surprises me most, too. Surely one of Everitt/Tiller has to play - simply cannot expect Hargrave and Morris to punch completely out of their weight division. At least with Everitt, it's another option he gives us, if Hargrave is getting beaten by a taller opponent then we're out of alternatives. I find it strange they'd drop Everitt, I would of thought persisting with him would be worth it, despite his ordinary year.

As for Reid, it's a good move. Ward needed to be dropped back to Williamstown whilst Sam has earned a call up, having a very good second half of the year. He started off in Williamstown reserves so it's a very good achievement to crack a senior game with the Dogs. Eades comments are a little interesting, but dare I say it's just giving Reid more incentive to show something and for that matter, the rest of the midfielders too - particularly Ray.

I too am happy for Reid....but why round 22? Also no Wight or at least Tiller- Wight hasn't played for 8 rounds at least?
Am inclined to think someone is putting some strange designer drug Salvador Dali invented in the salt and vinegar chips at selection meetings.....Seriously-don't think our coaching/team management have been showing /inspiring much common sense or maturity in a team who really need consistency and self-confidence approaching a finals series and high expectations
