Betting on Bulldogs Best & Fairest

I noticed that Sportsbet Australia are betting on clubs B & F.

    https://www.sportsbet.com.au/sports/...RoundPID/18800

I would have thought that they are leaving themselves wide open for a sting. Betting on something where people will know the result.

Anyhow, I noticed that Higgins (2nd in our votes after round 5) is not listed, so he falls in to the All Other Player at $7.50.
For those who were always the underdogs and wore it as a badge of honour.

Sorry, I should have realised that people would not be able to open a betting site at work. (My boss is a big punter, so no restrictions here.)

    Ryan Griffen 5.00
    Daniel Cross 5.75
    Any Other Player 7.50
    Adam Cooney 10.00
    Lindsay Gilbee 11.00

    Jason Akermanis 14.00

I think Higgins or Boyd, by season's end...not a gambler, but either of them.

Cooney has either been playing hurt, or not playing. Either way, he's below his best at the moment. Aker has been good value, but I don't personally think enough to get big votes or good odds... yet!

'Any Other Player' means if anyone not on that list wins, you win - any of Higgins, Hill, Hargrave and the rest not listed could win and if you placed your bet on 'Any Other Player' you would get a payout

Serious? I thought 'Any other player' meant if I say put money on Hargrave those were the odds. But as I don't gamble (clearly) I didn't know. Thats interesting....

No, any other player means, any other player not listed.

So if you back Any Other Player, you get all of Higgins, Harbrow, Picken, Ward etc.....

Josh Hill would be in the top 3 at this stage.

Boydy from Higgins at the moment. Come the end of the season hopefully Griff can show some consistency and be highly placed. Still think a Brownlow is there for him if he can take his game to the next level.
