Keep it in perspective Sophie, we ran Geelong off their feet, they were lights out.
If we hadn't played about 20 minutes combined of sh1t footy in the first and 3 quarter we would've had the Cats tonight.
The players now need to say that the last quarter HAS to be the barometer for the rest of the season. They cannot allow themselves to drop from that intensity.
That last quarter intensity and skill level is required 4Qtrs every week.

Yeah, what your saying is true, we put in a really good effort and to only lose to Geelong by two points is a fair effort- its just knowing that it could have been a win. Was that close.

And agree, hopefully we can keep up that 4th skill and pressure level for the rest of the year, particularly September.

Can't believe Johnno was in that position again and missed. Was it a hard shot? I couldn't listen on line for $10 a minute unfortunately.

Yeah harder shot than the North one would have to say. Looked like he rushed it, probably trying to just do it without over thinking it but would have been better served to take a deep breath.
