Anyone going to the cricket via Ballarat Rd in Maidstone? Need a lift for one mohawk and some camera gear. Send me a private message if you can help out.
Appreciated!

Was a good day. Big turn out, very hot. Had to leave a little early cos was getting to hot for my little one. ALthough my missus managed to 'sneak' into the tent the boys were in and got few of the palyers to take a photo with him. I'll put it online later
Heard on Sports tonight that Easton Wood made a ton! He got the play of the day with a massive six!!
Nice and hot there today, and very windy, not as many people as last year, but still a good turn out....you can tell Easty Wood has played a bit of cricket.....nice win by the doggies, 2nd year in a row we take it out..
Thanks to DaDruid for taking our group shot as well...lookinng forward to seeing some of your pics as well...saw you jump up on that container thing near the cricket nets and take some shots from up there...
It so reminded me of the 3rd man taking off Richie Benaud with his, 'Stinking ****ing hot day here in Bombay'. It was unbearable, the heat & the wind made it hard to take.
Met Da Druid, Suz32 & minson27.
TCP was happy, got photos of him with Billy Slater, Cameron Smith, Greg Inglis, Cooper Cronk, Ryan Hoffman & Brett White.
When asked why he was batting down the order this year Robert Murphy answered, 'Two reasons, lack of talent & fear'.
Batting first the Doggies knocked up nearly 200 thanks to Easton Wood who scored a hundred or thereabouts. Lake also got a few runs.
Not sure what the Storm hit but they were short of the target.
85, 92, 97, 98, 08, 09, 10... Break the curse!
I think Storm made around 150. It was a great day, even better when the cool change & a few spots of rain came.
I hope this continues to be an annual event, the players seemed to enjoy themselves.
I must also say it was also a pleasure meeting The Coon Dog & DaDruid.
Hi all,
First time poster here so please be gentle with me
We were at the cricket match and did enjoy the time a lots. Here are few picture I took from .... ummmmm far far away ... so the quality were not so good but at least ... you can guess who the players or the spectators are (i hope

Some great shots there Choconmientay, thanks for sharing
Thanks for that choconmientay. Hope you enjoy the site.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.
I enjoyed the day, cool weather came about the right time and the rain held off to complete the game.
Good to meet a few from here and hope to see this become a big event in the future as it is a really fun day and a chance to mix with a few players in a relaxed atmosphere.
Being an ex keeper, I did peruse that position and Brian Lake did an admirable job considering there was some real ordinary deliveries at times. Certainly saved some runs with his early judgement. Has played the game behind the stumps regularly in summers past by the technique he showed.
