Re: Hall of fame
This was a great night with over 400 people in attendance. A brilliant night staged by the Club
with Gary Dempsey Brad Johnson and Arthur Olliver the former games holder prior to Ted Whitten, from the 1940’s elevated as Legends. Former 1954 Premiership player Jim Gallagher now aged 92, a member from our ‘54 Premiership was inducted to the Hall of Fame together with Bob Murphy, Matthew Boyd, Dale Morris and Luke Darcy.
It was a celebration also of a history of 140 years of our great Club. A feature of the night was viewing highlights of our 2016 Premiership and 1954 Flags. Good to see the likes of David Smorgan Peter Gordon and John Schultz in attendance who have been such great contributors to our Club, over many years.
