    3. Murphy - was very close to breaking the game open in the first half and did so in the second, plus that goal he kicked was clutch.
    2. Hall - returned to form, took some very impressive marks, created the Gia goal and almost a number of others.
    1. Hudson - wonderful in the contests and a key reason we started winning the clearences in the second half (which we seemed to do - haven't seen the stats yet to confirm this). Can't believe he isn't in the AA, he's been clearly in the top two rucks over the course of the season (but don't really care about the AA as long as he keeps playing like this).

Honorable mentions to Williams who I thought was outstanding on one leg and I don't think we'd have one without him.

To Griffen who's second half was inspiring, especially as he appeared to be cramping from midway through the third-term.

To Cross and then Picken and then Boyd.

And Harbrow and also Gilbee as well.
Although it broke our hearts it did not break our will

What did you like about Addison's game? His kicking was again an issue for mine, though his contested ball efforts were first class as usual.

    3. Hall - one of the top 3 possession getters in the first half, kept us in it
    2. Murphy - fantastic speed, evasion and willingness to attack
    1. Cross - great contested ball work and big last quarter
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Was going to swap the 3 and 2 votes, but thought it could reveal my Baz-crush.
3 Murph - great movement, evasiveness was terrific, and he creates for us.
2 Bazza! Kept us in it, gave contests, worked so hard.
1 Picken - Love how he throws himself at it, got some good possies for us.

EDIT: just finished watching the replay. Apologies Griff, Huddo and Crossy - great efforts. Terrific stuff.

In the new "Adam Smith Award" for Best Supporter on Ground (BSOG), it's a close call between the Mohawk Man himself, and his mystery offsider - lead the crowd a merry dance, and the young apprentice showing fine follicular fashion...added to the entertainment near my seat.

Minus votes to the lady of 'advanced years' who walked up the aisle at the games' conclusion and planted a big smacker on me.

There I was, minding my own business, singing the song, and BAM! Needless to say, the young ladies didn't come near me afterwards.

    3. Barry Hall (kept us in the game in the first half)
    2. Bobby Murphy ... Absolutely love him playing on the half forward line
    1. Daniel Cross ... Tough at it all night

Apologies to Harbrow who I also thought played a pivotal role with his run from the backline
