On the surface, Moles has something about him that says he could be quite a good footballer. He moves really well, he's quick, has a lovely kicking action, handles the ball cleanly and can win his own ball. However - his awareness and decision making can be pretty average.
I really think Moles is a player that we need to create a role for. IE - how some posters have suggested a role across half back.
Think he may be a little out of his depth in the midfield, but he has the potential to be a regular senior player.
He's frustrating to watch at times because of it.
Perhaps on the wing is the best spot. In the midfield, often gets caught in congestion. There, he could use his pace more and less need to cut through the pack. Has a good motor though.
