A colleague of mine had a daughter at the annual Melbourne Crows supporter ball on Saturday night and she was allegedly told by a very drunken and important member of the inner sanctum that Phil Davis wants too much coin and is "gone". That's 2 years in a row now the Crows have lost a player to a start up team, and both times they've announced it before the end of the season. Something a bit rotten over in Adelaide at the moment.
