Oddly enough had just booked flights to Darwin with the family for late June when I read this.
Now I'm going to Launceston for 4 days also with the family and I've got a flight to Canberra which lands an hour and a half before the game, now I just have to get home.

I booked flight to the Gold Coast for our family of 4 - $80 in total.
I'll catch the train to Brisbane to see the match.

Legend Aker!
I am off to Canboring in August. $43 for two off us return.
I love Canboring.....great place to visit......
Is the Gold Coast one fully booked for Aug 16? I keep getting quoted $60 for it.
Bugger I can't even get Canberra
Arggh even the Tassie game can't be done for $10 one way as the flights leaves at 4pm.
Apparently the plane flies back and forth between Sydney and Canberra 12 times before detouring via Adelaide, then coming into Melbourne via an impossible angle, just missing the runway and landing in Cranbourne. The pilot then gets out of the cockpit motions to all the passengers to say they should have let him have the shot at the runway and he sulks back to the pilots lounge

They actually didn't send an email today.
They sent it last week saying that there would be some things happening this week and to check the website.
I checked it this morning and there was nothing. I then heard the news on the radio and they said that Tiger had launched new fares today.
Went back on, and bingo.
Once I booked the Gold Coast flights, I checked both Canberra & Launceston and there were flights available, but I couldn't convince the cheese and kisses to go.
