The Rising Star award is a totally rubbish award under its current guise, the best dressed WAG award even has its measure.

Libba was better this week as well - didn't get a heap of it but was very clean and had a game-high 6 clearances.
Maybe a late recognition of his season in general?

Yet Jack Steven who has been in the system for 4 years gets a nod ahead of both Libba & Prestia, both in their first year.

Can someone name anyone in the competition (or the planet) who would trade Libba or Prestia for Steven? Even his mum would refuse.

TCD when you put it all like that it looks like a pretty handy team, albeit probably a key defender or two short.

He'll probably fight it out with Stanton for Essendon's B&F as well.
