Re: The League Injuries Thread
The ACL gods might've claimed another one; the Crows' Tom Doedee.

Morris, Rance & Doedee. The ACL gods hate All Australian/Rising Star Nominated defenders especially then.

It'd be a handy last line of defence.

I actually really feel sorry for him after hearing him say how he struggled to get up out of bed from depression. Now this.
They've done studies you know, 60% of the time, it works every time!

Was it depression or the reports in the media re his video taking drugs ?
Sure it was the latter.

Oh no. Not one of Essendons best. How cruel be ye fate?
I'm so sad
Danniher isn't actually so bad. I'd rather one of their other players be injured but if it makes that shithole club sad then so be it.

The best thing about it is it will take them a year longer to realise that Shiel, Smith and Stringer are not the type of payers that will take them into the next bracket.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Re: The League Injuries Thread
Did anyone see Charlie Curnow broke his kneecap playing basketball with mates. I wouldn't be too happy if I was Carlton. We all know what a broken kneecap can do to a player - see Cooney.

I'd be ropable if I was David Teague and with the trade period coming up I'd be looking at making an example. Curnow is a good player and all that but he isn't much good to you with a split patella. Cooney was a much better player than Curnow but after he'd busted that knee cap he was barely any good at all-which was a tragedy for the club and for him.
