    I read an article by our old mate Damo Barrett saying at this stage he thinks Smith is the number 1 player from the 2018 draft. Hard to argue.

    Pretty good draft though....so its a big call. Walsh has been outstanding, Rozee a freak, the King boys are going to be a serious handful, and we haven't really seen Rankine yet, who may be the most talented of the lot.

    Yeah i remember we were heavily into Ben King (i think we would have taken him if available). I've watched him this year and agonised that we didn't get to draft him. He's exactly what we need down back and up forward and in the ruck. The perfect Bevo versatile player. The agony ends when i remember we have Smith.

    It's going to go down as one of those super drafts.

    Agree, and yes Rankine could be the best. We saw a snippet in that pre season game last year looked amazing.
