Not sure I agree with this. It needs to be by mutual consent thus if we show no interest in a player they aren’t going to nominate us. There is no one from the those that have nominated clubs that we have shown real interest in. Maybe smith last year but didn’t appear to be on our radar this time round. What we really need are a key defender, mobile ruck/ fwd and fast outside mid and maybe a medium fwd (Hannan). Not sure any of the available players fit the bill.

So is the ostensible Neale for Hogan trade their worst ever? It would cover some ground if so.

This is diabolical for the Pies - Treloar polled brownlow votes in 3 of his 10 games this year. He's too good to be just shunted out the door like that.

I am fabaglasted with this statement:

Collingwood midfielder Adam Treloar was told last week that senior players don’t want him at the football club anymore, according to SEN Chief Sports Reporter Sam Edmund.
There was also a report stating he was hard to train? What is going on there?

Talk about being thrown under a bus. I hope he finds a new club with the Pies only getting a late pick and are forced to pay part of his salary.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

Yep, let’s see how desperate they are to get rid of him when a team offers a pick 25+
I will never see #16 the same!!

No team should offer them anything above that if all the reports are true.

They're happy to play along side a guy charged with indecent assault though.
Its an interesting story. It's obviously become untenable, I'd say it's been brewing for a while.

I see the Treloar situation being very similar to ours and Stringer. Quality player, but hard work.

Big difference is Stringer was a trouble maker, Treloar isn't.

Nathan Buckley has come out firing:

    Nathan Buckley
    @ncb_cfc
    “Absolute fact”...news to me Sam.

The constant rumour and innuendo is disrespectful to Adam, the club and our supporters.

We’ll continue to communicate directly and sensitively with Adz and his management.

FYI, our leaders don’t sit on list management, it’s not their job.
