Only going by what Matt Rendell has said - who knows what is going on.

Agree he might have a point to prove now, there will be a few clubs interested for sure.
Seems like something the Hawks or Cats would benefit from.

The Hawks are who I first thought of
He would be a great addition to Mitchell, O'Meara, Worpell and Wingard
Essendon could do worse

Agreed ... what we get is speculation at best.

It was Sam Edmund who said it.

Sorry BAD, I may be confused. Sam Edmund was the one who reported on the Buckley and Treloar phone call.

Yes, I know, I was being sarcastic - sorry
If you flow the sequence, I was saying Rendell mentioned that Treloar was a good bloke and doesn't understand why the senior players don't want him at the club.

I was listening to Trade Radio at the time. Silvagni who knows and has worked closely with Treloar at his time with GWS was strongly defending Adam and his character. He couldn’t believe what he was hearing coming out of Collingwood, totally at odds with what he knows of Adam.

Re: 2020 Player movement
If his hamstrings are OK, I'd be disappointed if we weren't after Treloar.

Yes, for the right price and salary contribution from the Pies he’d be a good get. His longevity / ability to stay on the park are the concerns but would complement our list nicely.

Re: 2020 Player movement
Surely the Saints ditch any bid for Crouch, with Crows demanding their first pick, and shift their attention to Treloar - gets as much of the ball, has equally suspect disposal, but has a point of difference with his pace.
I'd love Treloar. He is a bit of a JJ in the way he likes to run fast and kick it as far as he can, but I think he would be a nice addition to our one-paced midfield - unless he has lost his pace with his repeated hamstring injuries. Bailey Smith reminds me of Treloar with his style, although Baz is a lot more ferocious.
