Re: 2023 membership
Would we also have the worst combo of small base/lower average income as a supporter group? Given real wages have dropped to something like 2009 levels it's not a huge surprise that we might fall behind a hoity toity club like Melbourne a bit (especially while they're very successful and easy to watch on field).

Every club offers this including us. It would be good to see actual $ return on all membership sales across all clubs.

In the Annual Report - $9.1 million in 2022, up from $7.6 in 2021.
As a comparison:
North $5.9 in 2022, $5.5 in 2021.
St Kilda $8.7 in 2022, $8.1 in 2021.

Interesting. Thanks. Shows there's more in it than pure "numbers".

That's much more relevant. Thank you.
Total membership numbers are mostly a marketing tactic these days.

Re: 2023 membership
We were on 47,962 on the same date last year so it's up 6.5%
With the AFLW season not starting this year until early September, I would think the cut off date for the official total will be put right back from the end of July.
My guess is we will reach the magical 54k.
