Re: Aflw 2022/2023
Bailey Hunt moving on, she's been there since the start but it's probably her time honestly.

Gabby Newton has requested a trade to Fremantle.
Can the last one left turn the lights off?

Do you have to have an aflw team?
I'd be fine if we went well we tried....

It is disappointing as we and Melbourne are the pioneers of AFLW. Since Debbie left, things have gone backwards

Gabby was becoming a fave of mine. Bet we don’t receive adequate compensation. Is turmoil/wreckage to strong a description of our AFLW program?
Hunt leaving too (an inaugural player), plus Lynch likely to leave too. 3 experienced players gone.

No, probably too mild. A complete and utter shambles is another descriptor.
Freo have pick 6 but given we were only able to get picks 29 and 37 for Huntington, I wouldn't hold my breath. Huntington had her knee issues but had shown she was a genuine star of the competition winning AA selection and the Rising Star. GWS actually held onto a higher pick in that trade.

Re: Aflw 2022/2023
Very quiet from the club. We should be making media noise and start saying if this continues we'll be the University of the AFLW.
Start using North Melbourne as an example and if we keep getting poached you can say goodbye to a foundation club.
Don't piss off old people
The older we get the less "LIFE IN PRISON" is a deterrent...

Re: Aflw 2022/2023
Shit show .. Burkey was probably happy he got sacked, he would have even less a team next year.
Who would possibly take on coaching this team.
Wilcox will go if she has any brains . I feel sorry for Elle she has tried to pull this side along for a couple of years now, she deserves better.
Bring back the biff

I dare say she's off too. From what I understand she regretted not taking the Swans offer.
Something very broken.
The shift of blame to the players lack of fitness would have gone over like a led balloon I'd expect.
