The Monday Soap Box - Round 11

Have a rant about something that annoyed you for this round.
It could be the AFL, umpiring, Kane Cornes, Channel 7 commentary, Rules or even opposition players etc

First Crack wondering why teams don’t tag Sydney mids while conveniently overlooking that the guy we brought in specifically to tag a Sydney mid got knocked out 3 minutes into the game.

You guys are supposed to be the good show!

I find it frustrating that they go on about Warner who was held to bugger all, then in the third qtr when we were juggling the team due to injuries he got away.
Injuries changed this game completely from a win to a loss.

They mentioned Ed Richards being BOG at half time and the impact it had on the trajectory of the game from then on. Then Chad came out in the 3rd qtr and completely blew the game apart - it's not his fault that we were threadbare on the bench, and he was the clear difference between the 2 teams in the end.

Warner was amazing. How good are the Swans at identifying and developing talent. Must annoy them when guys like Dawson cash in on it.
Warner might just do the same.

As an aside anyone notice how friendly Marra was with the Swans guys after the game? I'm doing my own tinfoil hat now.

My soapbox - socialise somewhere else, if you want to share love stories don't do it on the field!!

He's just way too nice and losing doesn't appear to hurt him as much as some others. Against Richmond his biggest effort was getting over to pat Maurice Rioli jnr when he was injured and on the cart to head to the bench.

I don’t appreciate increasingly having opposition fans in “our” bays. How does it happen that seats are on sold into our areas when crowds are not exactly humongous? Turning up to a home game and having other fans squeezing past us to take up their places, having to listen to their comments and their barracking during the match, really annoys me. I get it that the club gets a boost financially but my own enjoyment is really diluted. AND with the empty rows because Dogs fans sadly are not turning up, many fans just sneak in because tickets aren’t checked once the match gets underway.

100% agree. Especially when they start taunting Bulldog fans which many did last Thursday night.
