VFL coach Stewart Edge has been awarded VFL coach of the year. Does he have the skillset to be an AFL assistant?

Here's the write-up from when he got the VFL head coach role:
"Experienced coach Stewart Edge has been appointed to lead Footscray in the revamped VFL and East Coast Second-Tier Competition in 2021.
Edge has been part of the Bulldogs’ AFL and VFL coaching teams since 2014.
He joined the Club as a development coach that year, was a key member of the Footscray coaching team which secured the 2014 and 2016 VFL premierships and has most recently been the team’s senior assistant coach.
Prior to joining the Bulldogs, Edge spent four years with the GWS Giants in their inception years as a forwards and defensive coach.
He has also been director of football at Melbourne Grammar School over the past two years."

Maybe Glenys can move from the reception desk and take over as the forward line coach?
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Nah, she’s already locked in to look after our rucks.
"I'll give him a hug before the first bounce and then I'll run into my pack and give them orders to rip him apart."
