I would have thought they would focus on bringing Jackson back from the Dees instead. More akin to Nic Nat in his style of play.
Freo would be a bigger risk than West Coast. They have Bailey Williams who looks a very good prospect

I'm keeping both.
But more, I'm not stoking Jeemak's fire. We've already got a list manager in BT. Jeemak is like Loki from a list management perspective.

He's a twisted fire-starter is what he is.

In lieu of needing or wanting to try and hang on to Dunks and English who will be demanding a LOT of coin, particularly if each have massive years on top of middling seasons.
It's almost as if one has to give, and what nags at me is that Hawthorn is sitting over in Smith's heartland and has McEvoy as a captain now, a new coach and a couple of midfielders who could be interim captain but can't take their club forward into the future like Smith can. He's also been linked to them since the day he was part of the latter age elite pathway.
And if it isn't Smith who goes there, it will be Dunkley who does.
You don't see his bromance with Adz as being a factor to stay?

Historically apart from Ward and Harbrow to rare expansion clubs we hang onto our guys.
Lake was one I guess, but he'd been with us a long time.
Stringer and Dalhaus well... I'd preferred to have kept Stringer but he was too disruptive.
Higgins...meh.
Guess point is we haven't lost anyone we wanted.

Our three key signings are Daniel, Smith and Macrae.
Keath signature is important but I can’t see him going anywhere due to his age and his injury history.
I don’t want to be held over a $ barrel for Dales and English signatures which I think will be the case.
More of an In Bruges guy?

I guess it's how you look at the question asked.
Is it on the importance of the player to the club now or is it more on who is more likely to leave so lets get them signed as a priority?
Structurally Keath is probably the most important but then the likes of English might be more of a flight risk.
Power certainly has plenty of work to get done. Given the high number of players it's probably the reason why we aren't linked to some established players that are looking for a club.

Yep, Baz is the priority over English and Dunkley.

We also lost Cooney and Griffen, we definitely wanted to keep the latter.

Marketing wise with Smith there must be some incredible opportunities to use both he and Bont as the face of our drive towards 50K members.

Is it not incredible that with Bont, Smith, Naughton and JUH we would appear to have 4 of the most marketable players in the comp?
I should leave it alone but you're not right
