There will be no doubt whatsoever about him if he gets to 20 games, and if on form he keeps out JJ, Wood, Crozier, Duryea, Suckling, Lynch, Richards &/or Williams etc. - He will be a star. I'm not sure with all those ahead in the order that he will get to 20 games. He's on the list and I wish him luck for 2019, but he's behind a lot of players with more skill, ability and unique attributes. So let's hope he gets to 20 games next year, as he will in white hot form and the side will be doing well. Just don't bet on that outcome.

After two knees, I wouldn't have signed up an unproven player.

Best of luck to Mitch and Tom
Thought of the two that Campbell would more likely make it .
Looked promising early, and I think Mitch got the most out of himself

Neither would I. But Bevo clearly loves him, and in the context of having to use rookie pick 80 this year or potentially delist Smith next year and have a first round rookie selection, I can see an argument that Power is being a little strategic by holding him over a year.

Hope that means we'll be looking at a mature ruckman. We can't go into next year with what we have on the list at the moment

Re: The Moving/Rolling Trading & Delisting Thread 2018
I would like to bring back a bit of sentiment to the club. I vote we make it a rule that we give every father son that makes the draft a chance at playing for the Bulldogs. This would mean guaranteeing at the very least you get a rookie spot. We should have given macpherson a rookie spot and also Foster should have been given a chance. It’s up to them how much they desperately want it with dedication. (Bit deflating for the boys not getting picked up. I bet they would have tried that little bit harder if they were running around at Whitten oval) You can’t tell me there isn’t room for this to happen. Let’s be known as the family club that still dedicates it’s self to family. That’s how you get people to want to play at the Doggies. Not always ruthless business. As a 32 year paying member I want to see all farther sons have a go at replicating there past. We get excited for years thinking another father son might get a crack then we won’t even give them a chance. We need to have the old boys back at Whitren oval watching their boys training, talking to the fans that are there watching. Make it known to all ex players we want you around and we want your boys having a crack at making it

Promoted rookies - nil
Retained rookies - nil
What about Gowers, Smith and Lynch?
More of an In Bruges guy?

Sorry S Coast Simon I don’t agree with your sentiment. Unfortunately limited list spots don’t allow for it.

What about Gowers, Smith and Lynch?
Haven't we said that we've given Gowers and Lynch new contracts?

Yeah they should be; Lynch either has to be promoted or delisted in order to be re-rookied while Gowers has two years remaining but should be rewarded for his season.

Both signed contracts and the club put out media releases of their upgrading status. Maybe the official responsible for doing that list is Afro Man, because they got high before doing our list.

My source was Foxfooty. Perhaps it becomes official after October 31
