Baz taking the advantage was a good decision. We had them outbumbered and on the hop. The kick just sucked.

No, there are many others that would be in the gun before him based on tonight.

That’d be very cruel…
He was interviewed after the game and wasn’t jubilant at all.
Footage in the rooms was players were going up to him and given him a tap on the shoulder or leg. Just doesn’t look good.
Hopefully I’m wrong.

Nuts.
Was thinking the same during the fame about the ridiculous the number of random balls, bad bounces and ricochets to no-one ended in their hands. At some point you gotta think is it how the two teams set up?

Specifically the play on from the free which he turned over in fwd 50, which then went back the other way for score.
We were 8 points up, if he’d had some composure there, we probably don’t have an ending that close.
I mean I largely thought he was brilliant, but his ball use is still a huge work in progress.

Those and our silly turn overs through poor skill and decision making all seemed to fall in a cluster of three Lions players just standing there surprised at how lucky they were.
It was a seriously odd game, and will be more so when watching the replay.

I disagree, that was an atrocious decision based purely on sensing the situation. The game was ours at that point and considered, measured ball use was needed. Agree they were out of position but everything was about not opening the ground up for them at that point.

I forgot to add time at the end of the Foxtel recording and missed the last 5 min recording. Re taping the replay at 1.15am.
Then I can watch tomorrow without stress

Yep… Bailey plays the game at just one speed and he needed to slow it down and play the percentages when he choose to run free.
