I wonder if there is more people on the automated payments now than there was 4 years earlier.
I'd love us to get to 50K as it would be a huge effort by the club and the supporters and despite some accounting differences on how some clubs measure the total number of members, 50K gives a great base to keep building from.
I don't like reading that only GC, Brisbane, North and GWS have less members than us.

Until all clubs have the same system of counting memberships there will never be a true membership ladder. $$$'s from memberships is the only indication.

I wonder if we will go full digital membership cards?
I'm a Victory member. All digital no plastic cards.

It works well, and if you don't have a smartphone I think you can just print it out it's a QR code.

I'd like the option as I collect them.

So you think people who don't have a smartphone have a printer?

Fair point. I do think our senior friends are not really thought of in some of these decisions.

So many 3 or 6 or 9 game memberships now. The 9 gamer for $145 saves you $98 compared to buying at the gate just with the admission benefits so not sure how much the club really makes on these. Think its all about media coverage and sponsorships and being able to count people as a number in what exposure they can offer sponsors

It's a Christmas special, with the normal price $205, so hopefully the club still makes a bit from the majority of GA members.
Clubs generally make most of their net revenue from reserved seating and high end or coterie memberships and packages rather than these low cost GA products.

I think seniors and the vulnerable are often left out of consideration in decision making.
