Lucky to get away with a draw this morning. Brentford were very good in the first half

Same for Toon we are just tredding water at the moment.
Hopefully we can get some form back.

I've just been on the roller coaster of emotion that is Wolves.
Gave up a goal to Southampton and then had Lemina sent off for a second yellow in the 27th minute. For what heinous crime did he get his second yellow you may ask? Why for "being the third man to run towards the ref" when he was appealing a decision. At least that was the latest explanation I've heard. Australian ref Jarred Gillett had an absolute shocker.
Thankfully 10 men was enough. Came back from 1-0 down with an hour to go, to level, then a debut game winner from #freeJoaoGomes. He was already the most popular Wolves recruit in history before getting on a pitch for refusing to let Flamengo sell him to Lyon after previously agreeing a deal with Wolves. They may now be building him a statue after his first 20 minutes.

It had the makings of one of those encounters where the lesser team puts up a good fight early but once the better team scores it opens the floodgates. Brentford did well to answer the goal.

Wow I'll have to watch that. That's a rubbish reason to be sent off, having said that I'm sick of players (including toon) rushing the ref and continually sooking.
                Arsenal were the worst.
Coming back from one down a man down is pretty amazing.
Five points clear of the drop now looking a bit safer.

Haha nah, hes still very safe with this ownership.

Its more likely they'll spend big again in Summer trying to make it work rather than cut their loses with him.

Yeah, we’ve clearly got ourselves a bit of a rep with the refs, and nothing annoys me more than Podence or Moutinho pretending they’ve been shot at the merest contact, but Gillett went early with the cards (I’ll cop Lemina’s first yellow, but some refs would have stuck with a free that early in the game), but read the room mate. If you’re giving a 2nd yellow that early for something that certainly looks pretty run of the mill you’re setting a pretty crazy benchmark

Sounds like there were 2 or 3 VAR shockers across the league this morning. Brighton had a goal ruled out because they drew the offside line from the wrong defender FFS.

Lee Mason forget to draw the lines is so bad its funny. Its a system that now creates more mistakes.

If Arsenal lose the title by a couple of points or less it's going to get ugly.

Great hard fought win for Man Utd over Leeds 2-0.

Cements us into 3rd spot. Was a bit shaky for periods Leeds put the pressure on but we got the job done.

Leicester who have had 2 good wins we play next at Old Trafford in the PL before that we play Barcelona in the Europa League later in the week.
