    Re: EPL 2022-2023 Season

Big win for Man Utd over Leicester 3-0. That keeps the pressure on the top 2 Arsenal and Man City.

It was tough there in the first half Leicester played better than us and could have been 2-0 up had it not been for our goalkeeper De Gea. He made 2 great saves in the first half. We were on top in the 2nd half and consolidated the 1-0 from half time.

Rashford with a double who is in some great form and Sancho with a goal as well.

League cup final for us next weekend against the Toon.

Great win for Southampton. Ward-Prowse might just keep you up. A free kick specialist. A lot of work to do still but it’s pretty tight in the relegation and you’ll be relying on teams around you to drop points. Southampton play Leeds next at Elland Road. Big game in the relegation fight.

Dubravka second keeper out as well as he played for Man U on loan in the cup.

I don't even know who the next guy is...! Some German dude I think...

We desperately need Bruno back. The decision to sell Shelvey seems stupider every week as we have no creativity in mid field.

Not sure we will hang on to CL spot. Europa would be a good stepping stone fingers crossed.
Reds still not super convincing. Thank god for Allison.
I kept feeling that Newcastle just needed that 1st goal and the place would have erupted.

We are really struggling to score, Guimareas sets up so many goals without him in midfield we really struggle.
Need a number 10 desperately think that's why Maddison keeps getting mentioned.
Allison made some great saves. Some of those balls in from TAA I could've scored from.. Superb!

Yes very true. Potter has been under the pressure for some time. He is not a bad manager but it is a big step up for him to Chelsea from Brighton.

There's just nothing clinical about our front half play. Wilson would be a great sub, he's an absolute pro but he's just not a premium top four starting striker. As soon as Joelinton missed and we were in the van for scoring it was clear an error would bring us undone and unfortunately Trippier let himself down and we paid the price because MC ARE clinical when they have a clear chance.

Every time I see Jack Grealish do anything I just think he's a wanker. Haaland's a wanker too, he thinks he's the Techno Viking.

Holy Shit! Wolves steal 3 points at home to Spurs after an absolutely terrible first half. Some other helpful results mean we’re 6 points clear of the drop.

We were dominating at that point, Isak, Willock and Maxi coming on compounded it we just couldn't finish.
BTW that was a penalty against Allison, Isak got the ball and then was taken out. Surprised more wasn't made of it, what's the VAR doing?
Of course it goes down the other end, Trippier turns it over and Silva scores a minute after coming on.

Apart from the inability to score, we actually played really really well against the best.

Haaland is an arrogant knob, guess that's the result of predigious talent and a smooth transition through the ranks.
I don't mind it (mainly because he's Norweigan) sparks things up a bit!

Isak needs to start next week.
