    Simon Black retires

Ending a sensational career. Didn't the Lions end up getting him with the pick we traded for Simon Garlick?

Fantastic player. One of my favourite non-bulldogs. Congrats to him on a wonderful career.

I'll have two very sad teenage daughters, big favourite in my household.

Great career and for a quality player, one of those players you that would seem to be a gem of the field as well.

            What a star.
He always looked like the game was played in slow motion when he had it .

              Yes.

Super talent. It's sad to see champions retire but glad we don't have to face him again.

He was very Scott West like. A very natural footballer with lovely balance. Was a joy to watch when he was running on top of the ground hitting Big John Brown on the chest lace out.

Hmmm, I do remember an incident in mid 2000's. Great player but not exactly a cleanskin off it.

                    I'm sadder about Kerr retiring.

At his best, IMO he was better than Cousins and Judd, and if not he had much bigger balls the way he went about it.
The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride.

Phwoar, I'm not sure about how much bigger his balls were compared to Judd & Cousins. Kerr was just a sniper and our players have copped a fair bit of his antics.

Addison set him straight one time however.
