    Yeah i get that email too but i only check my emails once a week

    I had a PM yesterday but didnt get the pop up? Sometimes i have, other times i havent

    Yep that should do it and thats how my set-up works.
    I know some like to have them switched off but it works fine for most.

    I get an email borgy, informing me that I have a PM. Also when I log on or post something I get a 'pop up' advising of a PM.

    Go to usercp, then edit options, under Messaging & Notification check the bottom 2 boxes.
