Oh geez I sincerely hope history shows this draft as a disaster for them. Like investing in Beta video tapes, Leyland cars and asbestos cladding.

Unbelieveably Essendon to draft two talls without positions and a flanker that they think can be a mid. That applies to pretty much everyone on their list.

Greater Western Sydney have selected Tanner Bruhn, a midfielder from the Geelong Falcons at pick 12. Bruhn was touted as a top-10 pick. He missed most of last year through injury and bounced back to be fit this year only to be thwarted by COVID-19.

Bruhn on Fox: "I think they're a great group. I'm looking forward to getting up to Sydney. I'm super-stoked."

To be fair, he doesn't look super-stoked.

I've got that feeling too, even with the Rookie draft and players slipping through to next year's mid season.
Be many players who would've blossomed this season that haven't been seen.
