Pies have done very well to get 2 highly rated players in before their academy bid. And they have just snagged another 2 picks in the top 30 tonight for a first rounder next year (which they won't need for Daicos' younger brother). That's 5 picks inside the top 30 this year, fair PR recovery after the trade week fiasco

That's a good point. I know the Essendon NGA ate up their 43 and 90ish but gave them 61 back. So that particular instance pushed us back, but others that chewed up more than one pick would have moved us forward.
