The radio tells me Mulligan is playing the QB role

Somehow I can't see Miami being interested in him, even if Favre doesn't agree to come out of retirement again!

Not sure which game they're watching, Mulligan only has one trick, the punch from behind. He's been doing it reasonably effectively since half time.

Roughead goals from a coast to coast play. Willi 15 points up with 2 mins to play

How has Hill been in the last 1/4? Sounds like he was ok from the radio commentary

Hooper had a really good last quarter, worked really hard on the wing and made space on numerous occasions.

                      Willi win.

Thank *!*!*!*! I won't have to hear the name Lewi Broome called again. Has one players name ever been called more in one game than his was today, especially when he had zero impact on the game!

Howard and Vez to play next week?
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

                          Howard yes.

Vez maybe, did some good things but overall wasn't great. I'd like to see him get a game.

Howard played well, not sure Vez is up to it.

And yet you're in favour of Hooper getting games?

Vez needs to build his engine over pre-season, but he has plenty of talent to be an AFL player ... far more than a lot of others on our list.

I really hope Vez gets a game. I am definitely not upset at the MC not picking him because his Willy form hasn't really warranted it, but with 4 games to go I think we have more to gain than to lose by having him in. He is very much a 'doesn't get much of it but does well when he does' type and I think they tend to cope well with the rise of standard.

If he struggles, he has no reason to be sulky about not getting a chance and will get a good reality check of the pace of the game at the highest level, perfect timing for the pre-season. If he does well he can build some momentum over the month.
