Sydney Woofer's who like The Screaming Jets

I'm an unashamed lover of The Screaming Jets. I got this email for being on their VIP list yesterday but won't be in Sydney even if I won. If you want to enter feel free:

To celebrate this new milestone, the album will be launched through a unique and exclusive VIP Event for Foxtel's Max TV
on Tuesday 22nd September. Hosted by Triple M's Ugly Phil, the band will be filmed live and electric as they deliver a premium rock show in front of a lucky studio audience.

Those in attendance will be privy to a virgin selection of tracks, fresh from the new album, right alongside the band's biggest hits sourced straight from the depths of The Screaming Jets infamous career.

"It’ll be a big rock sound in an intimate setting blasting some tracks off our new album as well as a bunch of songs that people know and love – to prove once and for all that The Jets are *!*!*!*!ing rock to the core" - Dave Gleeson.

The concert will be broadcast nationally at a later date on Max
(...and don't worry, we'll keep you up to date as to when it'll go to air!!)

They did a cover of an old Birthday Party song and the guy from the BP who wrote the song made enough from the royalties to buy himself a house in St Kilda.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

I think I know that song. Is that the one that starts 'happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you and ends in 'hip hip hooray?' Everyone is still singing it, no wonder the dude is rich.

Actually it starts with 'I've been contemplating suicide'. That's about as far from Happy Birthday as it's possible to get.
