Vale Stephen 'The Ghost' Walker

For those of you who listen to 3RRR would know who Stephen is. Sad when someone you listened to all those years, is suddenly gone.

Walker, was a volunteer presenter with Triple R for 37 years and the station's program manager for 14 years, lived with multiple sclerosis for more than two decades and recently had a short battle with cancer.


He died on Wednesday, July 3

Nothing better than after a long week at work driving home on a Friday and listening to The Ghost.

Listening to callers attempt his famous quiz was a highlight.

I think almost everyone our age would remember listening to the Skull Cave on Friday nights. It turned me on to heaps of different music.
