I remember this one growing up as a kid.
Nothing special about the song or the clip in general.
It featured in the late show early 90s countdown specials. forward to about 1:30- Nice top and braces.

'Surf City Limits' is a great clip as well....a parody of the opening credits to those mid 90's cliched 90210/Melrose/Baywatch style Americam drama series featuring an airhead cast of 'beautiful people':
