Cure - 1 can of harden the **** up. If that doesn't work just pile down the grease or more alcohol.

I wish I had a hangover today at least then I wouldn't be able to remember how bad we were yesterday.

Barrocca before sleep and one in the morn.

Definatly go the Macca's, the only time i ever have the garbage is after a heavy night, and works wonders.

I have also found that going for a swim the next morning or arvo makes you feel a whole lot better as well.

The irony is that i made some of my best scores facing a 140kg red nut after a rather large night before.

That's cos you're too tired to be bothered to feel fear.

                ps. 140kG, that's a pretty heavy red-nut you have to face, you a greco-roman wrestler? (I assume you mean 140 kM/h)

I think you're right, you tend to go out there with a relaxed mind frame, in fact, some could argue that there never was a mind frame to begin with, thankfully the once or twice that the relaxed mind frame didn't have to put up with 6 hours in the field on a 35 degree day, that could have been ugly.

Yes, kM/h, can't really see myself taking on some of those wrestlers, although i sit at games with a few that could be mistaken for greco-wrestlers....

Today: KFC, a 2 hour walk, protein shake and an attempted nap. Didn't work that well.

Need to freshen up, worried this date will be a disaster.

The basic antedote for a hangover is water and vitamin B. Vegemite and Boroccas are full of it.
Many years ago I shared a house with 3 nurses.

The girls kept syringes and vitamin B in the fridge for such emergencies, a jab in the arse before you went out and no problems in the morning.

One of the girls mum's came to visit, saw the syringes in the fridge and was convinced we were all druggies.

One of my theories on beating a hangover is to have a couple of VB cans. As VB (Vic Bitter) is colloquially known as Vitamin B my theory must be correct.
