    Best = West

    Worst = East

    Let the games begin.

      Sounds like that ol' playground song, "The West is the best, chuck out the rest!"
      Wake me up when we get to heaven, let me sleep if we're going to hell

      Good luck, for your sake I hope heaven and hell are really there, but I wouldn't hold my breath

      And we all found heaven - 2016 Premiers!

        Oh the worst suburbs are a can of worms so I'll leave that alone. So subjective anyway -- for example, some people may hate some suburbs for being dirty but the ones I actually hate are all these soulless, perfect new 'developments'.. no names!

          Depends on what sort of lifestyle you are looking for. Melbourne has so much to offer in each of its suburbs:

          1. Family suburbs -
          2. Inner city living
          3. Apartment Living
          4. Young, single, want close to entertainment and fun
          5. Rural feel

          and more.

          Personally, I don't like living too far from the CBD, I want close proximity to public transport, access to major roads to get somewhere relatively quick, safe, access to decent local cafes, restaruants and not too many bogans around and I prefer an area with character, old Victorian homes and not too many flats.

              I initially read that as "Rural feral". Definitely can get that too!

                Based on what do you classify Footscray as best? I would much prefer Williamstown, Spotswood, Seddon, Newport or Yarraville.

                    Ok, I'll call it.

                    Worst - Docklands.

                    Soulless, windy in winter, pay for parking, concrete jungle, terrible for running tracks.

                    Best - Most of the Inner North West.

                          That was easy to get a rise from Jim the first time. Now you are trying for two.

                            When is the assignment due Eastdog? Surely you've got enough research by now.
