Brilliant indie rock from the Cleveland band. Had this album sitting in my car CD player for months and just can't get sick of it.

Apparently killer live, but unfortunately the stars have aligned for me to catch them yet.
Have given it a couple of listens and am digging it. It was the soundtrack as I drove into work at 7am this morning. I'm starting to try and justify going to Laneway now I'm up to 4 bands I'd like to see with them on the bill.

Divine Fits are god live and would be worth checking out, as would bat for lashes. Who are the four?

ahhh good man. I decided to look them up and realised that "Little Talks" was done by them. Will have to give the album a listen. I've gone into a bit of a new music hiatus in the past year and a bit.

                Guy Gerber - Fabric 64

Not often a DJ can put together a mix compilation of his/her tunes exclusively, without there being some breaks in the flow and consistency of quality. This CD has no filler tunes, and is probably the best example of the current progressive house sound going around.

If you like your rolling deep house music with a bit of thump, this one's for you.
                TF is this?.........Obviously you're not a golfer.

Another one worthy of a mention is Yellow & Green by Baroness, these guys have always been great but this release is an absolute killer.Amazing live band aswell.

Whole album is tight, no really weak tracks.Never ceases to surprise me the quality of music that comes out of Iceland.

Didn't hear a whole lot of new stuff in 2012 but Divine Fits' debut album has been getting a solid run on the iPod. A real grower that gets better with every listen.

Or is it spoon? ; )

In all seriousness it is a grower for sure, was lucky enough to catch them in New York earlier this year and they were entertaining. Will be seeing them at the corner in Feb.
