My partner and I have evolved a little game we play during every game of footy we watch. Thought I'd get it going here.
Basically, finish the following sentence with the most obvious observation you can make:
“You just get the feeling…”
Then, for extra effect, you can add the suffix: “Don't you?”
Give us yours…
(Just realised I've probably put this in the wrong forum. How do I move it?)

“You just get the feeling…”
- …they need to kick the next goal
- …the game is slipping away from them
- …the game is out of reach
- …the game is there to win at the moment
- …they're back in this game
- …they need to lift this quarter
- …he's off his game tonight
- …the Bulldogs would be a better team with a key forward
- …he's one of the game's elite midfielders
- …they're running out of legs
- …he's going to do something special
