Is this fair dinkum or an internet rumour ?

Apparently the day before someone started a hoax about it, then it happened the next day.

Eh, I nothing Justin Bieber. He'll be like thousands of other pop phenoms before him and just disappear. At least he has "talent".

I'm more concerned about the burgeoning cultural tendency of hero worshipping morons that don't have any reason to be hero worshipped. Insert reality tv members here. How many people are influenced by the Kardashians? Jersey Shore? Society has given people like them a power they don't deserve and an influence that is quite frankly unnerving.
