    Thanks ED!
Was getting warned about the site by commodo or whatever (don't remember installing that) then after ignoring it there was some message about an incorrect ip address. Never seen that before but gone now.

          Good luck mate.

If you need any help you know where I am...after opening the gym 4 years ago I have a whole lot of 'what not to do' stories.
What should I tell her? She's going to ask.

Yeah. Trucking along. 11 gyms within 5kms now so competition pretty fierce but we go alright.

Today I launched my online personal training website and facebook page. In the next week I'll also be launching my youtube fitness channel. You'll be able to take a closer look at details within the respective sites if you're interested, but to give you a quick overview I'll be offering online programs/coaching packages as well as some 1-on-1 sessions dependent upon locations. From my facebook page and youtube channel, you can expect things like training tips, nutritional tips/cooking videos, motivational techniques and psychological analysis.

I'm very excited to begin this, it's hopefully the first step of a long and successful journey. If you can or if you're interested, be sure to 'like' the facebook page to stay up to date

Wow, that's tough competition. Are they all similar or do some focus more on crossfit, boxing etc.?

I'm going to send them an email and see what they say. Thanks for the heads up KT.

Most of my services are done online so location isn't a factor. For instance, I have a couple interested who live in America. These online services are suited to those who already have an understanding of training principles, or have been training for a little while already and wish to take it to the next level.

I do offer two different 1-on-1 services and this is predominately for those in the western suburbs of Melbourne and Geelong. Check out the specific service for more detail on what is included
