I thought that Mou was a "us against the world" type leader. Usually the playing group and he are fairly tight aren't they?

Seems it only last for so long, he seems like he can only do it for a couple of seasons before the players have had enough.

There was a dismissal clause put in his contract where he only gets one year salary (£9.5) what a smart little Russian.
