How do you make a Man U fan cry? Take him out of England.

What does a Man U fan do when his team wins the Champions League? Turns off the PlayStation.

    Get the drift...

Ends up being a successful season for United. 2 trophies and UCL football.

Yeah not bad. Perfect timing too.

What other English clubs have won Europa?
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

            Liverpool 3

            Tottenham 2

            Ipswich Town 1
            Chelsea 1
            Manchester United 1

Europa league was previously known as UEFA Cup and is considered the same competition and the name change in 09 was just a rebranding.

So it's like the FA cup? Prestigious but not quite as prestigious as winning the league.

BTW I'm assuming the Cup final will be on SBS tomorrow night.

The competition was traditionally open to the runners-up of domestic leagues, but the competition was merged with UEFA's previous second-tier European competition, the UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, in 1999. Since then, the winners of domestic cup competitions have also entered the UEFA Cup. Also, clubs eliminated in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League and the third placed teams at the end of the group phase could go on to compete in the UEFA Cup. Winners of some selected domestic League Cup competitions are also admitted.[citation needed]

Since the 2009–10 season, the competition has been known as the UEFA Europa League.[2][3] At the same time, the UEFA Intertoto Cup, UEFA's third-tier competition, was discontinued and merged into the new Europa League.

That's from Wikipedia. I would put it above FA Cup but defiantly below winning the League. Still good win by United.

The worst part is you can play way out in Eastern Europe mid week then have to get back for a Domestic game.

Magnificent sight the FA Cup final.

Only the 6th London Derby ever.

Wenger sticking to his word and going with Ospina instead of Čech.
