Yep. England have been terrible. We have beaten (thrashed) them with one world class batsmen and a a better than average bowling attack.

    It still feels good though.
They say Burt Lancaster has one, but I don't believe them.

Cant agree with this statement. We have 3 genuine fast bowlers a a spinner who are all more than capable. This could be the making of the best bowling attack in the world

Isn’t more than capable across the board exactly the same thing as better than average?

The Poms simply can't deal with length bowling. They can't execute it fielding, and can't bat against it.

Senior bowling members of the team suggesting the coaching staff should have been more vocal in the need to bowl a length or fuller after they put us in in Adelaide, instead of just short is a massive red flag to what they understand of our conditions as players.

Agree with BAD that we're under-selling the attack. Lyon is comfortably the world's best spinner in these conditions, Hazlewood averages 25ish, you can just wheel Starc out and he'll take wickets and Cummins hasn't been rewarded but might end up the best of all of them.

They aren't Warne and McGrath (yet) but this group is better than what came in behind those guys. And the depth on the bench is fantastic.

Hazlewood, Starc and Lyon are all in the top 10 in the World already. They are all excellent bowlers

Tim Paine has been fantastic behind the stumps. Anyone else agree?

Selectors have had a blinder in the face of fierce scrutiny. Big tick

Ave 43 with the bat and been excellent behind the stumps. All in all a very good selection

It doesn't feel like summer when you can't bash the selectors up.
