I've never been to Rod Laver arena but I do remember doing to Kooyong back in the day. I saw Billie Jean King take on Martina Navratilova. Navratilova was all power and King was all light touches and working angles and every time Martina came to the net Billie Jean would just lob the ball back over her head with her backhand and it drove Martina mad. One time she forgot to stay in the forecourt and get to the net only to yell "noooo" when she realized that she had done it again.

Kyrgios is through to the 2nd round.

Nick Kyrgios through to the 3rd round winning against French player Gilles Simon in 4 sets.

Rafa through in straight sets. Millman v Federer tomorrow night.

Huge opportunity for Ash Barty now with many of the top seeds falling. Nick Kyrgios in control now and nearly through as he is up break in the 3rd set.
