    Re: T20 World Cup - 2021

That’s a pretty crazy result given we’re no where near there best T20 side in the world.

Took our chances when our form was hot which is all that matters.
Our 1954 premiership players are our heroes, and it has to be said that Charlie was their hero.

There's going to be a lot of sandy attitudes across the world because of this, which is great.

Apparently Steve Bruce was there Jee. (Recently sacked Newcastle United manager for the uninitiated).

FInally we get to see Mitchell Marsh hit is potential. Amazing innings and a well deserved win. We have flown under the radar in T20, but gee we know how to win tournaments.

Perhaps drunk from our win there has been plenty of discussion on the radio about him possibly returning to the test side but I would have thought that would only be if Green was injured but no they think he is a chance for the number 5 spot.

I thought I saw something from George Bailey today that indicated Marsh's T20 performance wouldn't change test plans for now. I took that as meaning Green's position is still likely their first choice.

I wouldn't even consider Marsh for test selection.

It's the sort of game where you can carry a few, you don't need 11 contributors like in a test match. Our best players are world class
If you kicked five goals and Tom Boyd kicked five goals, Tom Boyd kicked more goals than you.

Yep, takes 1 or 2 catching fire at the right time as we witnessed in the final.
