      Some real stuff at last.

How's the inswinger from Starc to get Roy.

England being England 3 for 31.

I know the middle overs can meander along but I'd much rather watch a ODI than a T20 game at the international level.
Yep, that Starc inswinger was impressive.

        Shouldn't Mitch Marsh be playing?

Agree, 20/20 for the domestic stuff is fine.

I just love to see some balance between bat and ball, swing and seam when it's new, orthodox (ish) fields etc.
Stoinis with the leg cutter just as you asked about Marsh !

I might be wrong but wasn't it a off cutter?

The pitch has a bit in it for both batsman and bowlers

England just starting to look dangerous. The next wicket could be big for us.

Went from off to leg, good question. Off cutter to the leftie.
I like the middle overs, it's the time I have a little nap and then wake for the last 10

Edit : What am I smoking yes was an off cutter. I'm a leftie I get everything mixed up. Was to go-to ball in indoor cricket.

Buttler is fantastic to watch. A proper Englishman as they'd call him in the North East (South African isn't he ?)

Edit : Nope he's English born and bred, great wicket to pick up.

I don't think so but he is a very good limited over cricketer.

Stoinis injury didn't look good. He got through his 3rd over but the index finger on his left hand got bent back. It might impact his batting.

Australia is well placed at the moment. They need to keep it tight with the bowling and restrict England's scoring

Unless we get another wicket or two soon they should get well over 260 which might be a hard chase for us. If they get a lot more than 275 it will be a decent chase.
