I use to enjoy 50 over cricket in the 80's, especially when the great West Indian teams were out here. Gradually they have changed the rules and put on various restrictions and it has become predictable. One way to maybe tweak it abit and incorporate a little of T/20 is to have two innings of 25 overs each and play around with points for scoring X amount (haven't thought it out). This would maybe make things less predictable.
as for T/20, one game every now and then is harmless, but I wouldn't be promoting more than that.
