Apparently Toure is going to sign for them.

                        He has now.

Kolo Toure - Arsenal > Manchester City

So City have signed Gareth Barry, Roque Santa Cruz, Carlos Tevez, Emmanuel Adebayor & Kolo Toure in the Summer. One would have to assume they would improve as a result.

I reckon Mark Hughes will be under huge pressure to get early results. Should he fail to do that, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a move to bring in someone like 'The Special One'.

Are they a genuine top 4 chance now? I really want to see a couple of teams shake things up.

Yes, no doubt. A couple of managers in Harry Redknapp & Martin O'Neill believe they could even win the League.

In a way thats great to hear. It's a shame it takes a big cheque book to do it rather than just a few players willing to step up and create something for a club but I'm wanting to see a couple of teams shake up the current cartel.
