      Well, it's a good move but it's going to cost him quite a bit financially - not only with the property settlement agreement, but also having to employ an expensive family lawyer and barrister.

      The new De Facto laws...scary stuff. All it takes now (I believe) is someone staying the night 4 or more nights a week for a 6 month or longer period, and then they are entitled to a property settlement. I think Eddie Murphy said it best. "Give me half". I'm sure Lara (based on what we have seen and know about her) will be keen to grab a hold of anything and everything she can.
