Simmons pretty much has to run the offence and have the ball in his hands to be successful - he won't get to do that with LeBron.

Yeah Simmons is basically Lebron lite. Really lite in terms of scoring.

So DeMarcus Cousins has signed on a 1 year $5-mil deal with Golden State.

The NBA community is in meltdown. The Warriors have a starting 5 of 5 all-stars.

I hope the AFL is watching this carefully with all the free agency crap and copying american sports too much. Because this sort of thing (and we are seeing more and more of it in the AFL with Collingwood, Hawthorn, Richmond and Geelong) will not fly with the AFL supporter base

To be fair, Boogie is a massive man coming off a torn Achilles. His level of output for the coming year is definitely up in the air. On paper it is a great signing and makes the best team even better. But there is a reason he has signed a low money 1 year deal. Because nobody was offering multiple years at big dollars.
