    Re: 2010 / 2011 Sheffield Shield

As of today, White and Khawaja, then daylight.

The horse bolted a while ago with North and Huss -- if we had implemented a rotating system with White, D.Huss, Klinger, Bailey etc. two years ago we could still be clinging to a top 3 spot, and probably prolonged North's test career too, as he may well have forced his way back in. Now he'll just be remembered as a dud, which is unfair to his previously solid Shield numbers.

I was having a look through the District cricket scores the other day & noticed Theo Doropoulos (formerly of WA) playing for Northcote.

I see him more as a one day/T20 specialist.

Vics 2 for 78 against NSW.

        Quiney and Finch dismissed cheaply.

Harris has started well for QLD with 2 for 13 off 8. Punter only made 32(out to Hopes)

Hauritz opened the bowling and is bowling a lot better than in the first innings.

McDonald should have batted himself into the first test side. He hasn't of course, but he should have.

160 in the 1st match, 100 in the 1st dig this week and another 86no so far. Took 2-24 off 15 as well.

Where would you have him in the order? Batting number 8 and being the 4th seam bowler?

He is a better batsman than Haddin so should be in front of him. On current form you could mount a case that he bats ahead of Hussey & North as well.

He should bat instead of Hussey or North, not ahead or behind them.
